VOX 与免提操作

VOX Operation
本章要点：VOX（声控发射）让你不必按 PTT，对着麦克风或蓝牙耳机说话即可自动发射。本章说明如何开启/关闭 VOX、如何选择声源（MIC 或 Bluetooth），以及如何调整 VOX 增益与 VOX 延时这两个决定"好不好用"的参数。

32.1 VOX 功能概述VOX Overview

The VOX (Voice Operated Transmit) system may be used for hands-free activation of the transmitter, by the voice input to the microphone or Bluetooth headset.

When the VOX function is activated, the sound is automatically transmitted by voice from the connected microphone or Bluetooth headset.

VOX（声控发射）系统可通过输入到麦克风或蓝牙耳机的语音，实现发射的免提激活。

VOX 功能启用后，来自所连接麦克风或蓝牙耳机的声音会自动触发发射。

32.2 开启 VOX 并选择声源Setting the VOX Function

  1. Press and hold the [FUNC] knob.
  2. Select [OPERATION SETTING] → [TX GNRL].
  3. Rotate the [FUNC] knob to select [VOX SELECT].
  4. Rotate the [FUNC] knob, or touch "<" or ">" on either side of the value, to select "MIC" or "Bluetooth".
  5. Press the [FUNC] knob, or wait for about 3 seconds, to save the setting.
  6. Press the [BACK] key several times to return to normal operation.
  7. Press and hold the [FUNC] knob.
  8. Touch [VOX].

While the VOX function is activated, "VOX" will be displayed.

32.3 关闭 VOXDisabling the VOX Function

To cancel VOX and return to PTT operation, repeat steps 7 and 8 above: press and hold the [FUNC] knob, then touch [VOX].

When the VOX function is OFF, pressing the "Call button" on the Bluetooth headset once will engage the FTX-1 in transmit, and then a call can be made using the Bluetooth headset. Press the "Call button" again to return the FTX-1 to receive.

要取消 VOX、回到 PTT 操作，重复上述第 7、8 步即可：按住 [FUNC] 旋钮，然后触摸 [VOX]。

VOX 功能关闭时，按一次蓝牙耳机上的"呼叫按钮"即可让 FTX-1 进入发射，随后可用蓝牙耳机通话；再次按该按钮，FTX-1 回到接收。（不同蓝牙耳机的按钮名称可能不同。）

32.4 设置 VOX 增益Setting the VOX Gain

The VOX Gain may be adjusted to prevent accidental transmitter activation in a noisy environment.

  1. Press and hold the [FUNC] knob.
  2. Touch [VOX GAIN].
  3. While speaking into the microphone or Bluetooth headset, rotate the [FUNC] knob, or touch "<" or ">" on either side of the value, to the point where the transmitter is quickly activated by your voice, without background noise causing the transmitter to activate.
  4. Press the [FUNC] knob, or wait for about 3 seconds, to save the setting.
  5. Press the [BACK] key several times to return to normal operation.

可调整 VOX 增益，以避免在嘈杂环境中误触发发射。

  1. 按住 [FUNC] 旋钮。
  2. 触摸 [VOX GAIN]。

32.5 设置 VOX 延时Setting the VOX Delay Time

During transmissions using the VOX (Voice Operated Transmit) function, set the time to return to receive when speaking is paused:

  1. Press and hold the [FUNC] knob.
  2. Touch [VOX DELAY].
  3. Rotate the [FUNC] knob to select the delay time (the transmit-receive delay after the cessation of speech).
  4. Press the [FUNC] knob, or wait for about 3 seconds, to save the setting.
  5. Press the [BACK] key several times to return to normal operation.

使用 VOX（声控发射）功能发射时，可设置说话停顿后回到接收的延时时间：

  1. 按住 [FUNC] 旋钮。
  2. 触摸 [VOX DELAY]。
  3. 旋转 [FUNC] 旋钮，选择延时时间（说话停止后的收发转换延时）。
  4. 按 [FUNC] 旋钮，或等待约 3 秒，保存设置。
  5. 多次按 [BACK] 键返回正常工作状态。

技术提示 · VOX 误触发的调整方向TIP VOX 出问题时，按这个顺序排查：① 开着扬声器被自己的声音触发 → 先把 VOX GAIN 调低，同时降低 AF 音量或用耳机收听；仍无效就说明声源选错了，检查 [VOX SELECT] 是 MIC 还是 Bluetooth。② 环境噪声（风扇、车载、路边）持续触发 → 调低 VOX GAIN；调到说话时触发已经迟钝，就说明该环境不适合 VOX，改用 PTT 或蓝牙耳机的呼叫按钮。③ 说话中间的短暂停顿就掉发射（对方听到断续）→ 调大 VOX DELAY，从默认 500ms 往上加；词间停顿多的人建议 1000ms 以上。④ 说完之后还抱着频率不放 → 调小 VOX DELAY；同时注意 TOT（发射限时）仍会生效，VOX 不会因为"没按 PTT"而豁免。⑤ 增益调好后，用正常说话音量（而非刻意大声）复测一遍，因为按大声调出来的阈值在自然说话时会不触发。 Troubleshoot VOX in this order: (1) Your own loudspeaker audio retriggers the transmitter — lower VOX GAIN and turn down AF volume or use headphones; if that does not help, check whether [VOX SELECT] is set to MIC or Bluetooth. (2) Ambient noise (fan, vehicle, roadside) keeps keying the transmitter — reduce VOX GAIN; if speech no longer triggers reliably, the environment is not suitable for VOX, so use PTT or the call button on the Bluetooth headset. (3) Short pauses inside a sentence drop the transmitter and the other station hears chopped audio — increase VOX DELAY from the 500ms default; 1000ms or more if you pause often between words. (4) The transmitter hangs on after you finish talking — reduce VOX DELAY. Note that TOT still applies: VOX does not exempt you from the time-out timer. (5) After setting the gain, retest at a normal speaking level, not a deliberately loud one, because a threshold set with shouting will fail to trigger during natural speech.
注意 / NOTE 只有安装了选购蓝牙单元 BU-6 后，[VOX SELECT] 才能选 "Bluetooth" 并配合蓝牙耳机使用；蓝牙耳机本身为选购件（SSM-BT20 或市售蓝牙耳机）。 The "Bluetooth" option of [VOX SELECT] is usable only after the optional Bluetooth unit BU-6 is installed. The Bluetooth headset itself is optional (SSM-BT20 or a commercially available Bluetooth headset).
